Creative Virtue, LLC, was established to move culture with creative and fun events centered around dance! Like food, dance has the power to bring people from all over the world together. Dance is fun, liberating, and therapeutic for all ages. I want dance to be safe again for our children. Far too many studios have chosen to sexualize children in dance and call it "creativity." I believe creativity can be exhilarating without being virtueless.
Virtue is not just about wise ladies or strong men. Virtue is about the power and the capacity to act. Our business is about empowerment and change.

Since the Fall of 2018, I sought to help others nurture a more intimate relationship with Jesus. With the launch of Ruach (Roo-ak) Worship (Hebrew term for breath of God), this has become more possible with each person who joins the movement. We are a community based dance ministry focused on teaching small groups flag and dance. Click below to find your "next position".
Dance is one of my loves! In 2003, I discovered liturgical dance; it changed my life. I began to understand that the Father (God) has anointed me to stir up "Kingdom Movements" and impact the culture through dance instruction. I believe that anyone can dance. Know this, with the freedom of a pirouette, any mountain can move. Throughout my career, I have learned that dance is more than just a creative movement; it's the beautiful and harmonious collaboration of passion and purpose. I welcome you to join me on this journey.
Allow your feet to speak, TO SING! Let the rhythms of The Spirit of Dance flow through you like rushing waters! Dance oh beautiful feet of fire, dance.

Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including:
I'm all about the health, so this to me is GOLD.
A dancers diet should typically be 55-60% carbohydrate. During intense training and rehearsal, carbohydrate should be increased to make up 65% of all calories consumed. The best sources of carbohydrates for dancers are complex carbohydrates, such as wholegrain cereals, breads, rice, starchy vegetables, fruit and pasta.
Dancing is physically vigorous and requires a great deal of focus and stamina. Constant rehearsal and performance takes a toll on muscles, joints and bones. In order for dancers to perform at their best, it is very important that they are well fueled. A balance of nutrients will not only improve energy, concentration and focus, but also will also assist in injury and fatigue prevention and promote longevity within the dance industry.
